Located in a quiet area in the vicinity of the Museum. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, hot water, a mini-fridge, cable TV and wifi. In a gorgeous tropical garden that families and children will love!
A friendly stay with a Cambodian family. The bedroom is on the ground floor of a renovated villa built to Sangkum Reast Niyum (pre-war) standards. We're very proud of our huge garden. In the mango season, just stretch out your hand to eat to your heart's content!
The room has air conditioning, hot water, a fridge, cable television and wifi. Guests have access to our very big garden (with benches, deck chairs, tables, a swing etc) and can play with our small dogs (they're friendly).
Interaction with Guests
Nida Villa is our home but you will have your private room and bathroom, and access to the living room and dining room. We're happy to help in every way we can. There's always somebody home.
It's a quiet neighborhood, yet it's close to the Grand Hotel and the Royal Garden. Businesses in the area close at night so we're rarely bothered by loud music. We get our groceries at the "iron bridge market", a short walk away.
A tuk-tuk ride costs about two dollars to the old market, but we can book you one for a day for about fifteen dollars.
Other Things to Note
We're located on a main thoroughfare but our house is located at the back of a large garden, which means we don't hear traffic at all.
Free pick up from the airport or the bus station. Daily room cleaning included. Breakfast available at extra $3 per person: tea, coffee, jam, butter, bread and omelet. Laundry service available at extra cost.
It's a quiet neighborhood and we often have families staying with us.
Thony's Airbnb listing was just as described, and we enjoyed our 4 night stay greatly. Thony and his wife were welcoming, and Thony runs a tight ship - the gardens are lovely, the rooms cleaned daily, and plenty of convenient services offered, like laundry or breakfast. The location is great - on the road towards Agkor Wat and not far from the center of Siem Reap. We'd recommend this Airbnb listing!
Thank you Thony for making everything so easy. Thony arranged for a Tuk Tuk driver to pick us up from the airport and to drive my wife and I around the temples. Thony's home is perfectly located for fun in Siem Reap or a day visiting the temples.
It was a pleasure to stay at Tonys. Our flight got rescheduled several times and we still got a pick up from a tuktuk driver. The house is located at the main road to Angkor, which can be easily accessed with a tuktuk driver or bicycle. Also the city center is reachable within a 5 min. Bicycle ride. It was nice to come back to the room in the afternoon and find a with flowers decorated bed:). The rooms are cleaned daily. Thony and his wife are handsome and always available to help. Thanks!
This place is a lovely peaceful home located strategically between siem reap and the temples. My hosts were accommodating and the room was comfortable and quiet. Easy few dollar tuk tuk to downtown or a nice 20 min walk. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much to Thony and his wife for having me and have contributed of my amazing time in Siem Reap. It was a perfect stay! The room, bed, location, service, house, garden are amazing. I really feel secured in this place and knew my belongings were also safe. It was a pleasure to come back to the house knowing that I had such lovely and clean place waiting for me ;) The thing I enjoyed the most is having fresh towels, daily service laundry, clean room/bathroom and flours on my bed every evening. Without mentioning the great help of Thony for the temple tour. 5 stars service! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
Thony and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We even got a change of towels every day! We were leaving at night the last day and Thony graciously offered tjat we leave our bags there for the day and come and take a shower before the night bus ride to Phnom Penh. Wonderful! Thanks Thony.
Tony was a great host. He introduced me to Mr. Savuth, who picked me up at the bus depot and later took me to the most popular archeological sites. The most fascinating part of my adventures was going through the villages and being able to see a least touristic side of Cambodia. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to stay with a local family. Tony's wife prepares nice breakfast and she is very polite and classy.

Welcome to our home! My name is Thony. I live in Nida Villa with my family. We are from Siem Reap. I like French Cheese and wine, chocolates, an evening drink with friends and family around a good meal. We speak some English, a bit of French and my sister who stays with us also speaks Japanese. Together we try to make our guests feel comfortable so that when they come back from exploring Angkor they can relax and feel at home. We can help book tuk-tuks, shows, or tell you where to go (and not to go!).
