Welcome to Oak Bay Luxury Getaway in beautiful and authentic Port Severn, Muskoka located on the shores of Georgian Bay. We are in an UNESCO designated Georgian Bay Biosphere.

This end unit large yard townhouse is decorated with a Muskoka hue and bright Georgian Bay light. We have a huge yard perfect for your furry friend. The fireplace is inviting and the Gig Speed Wifi/Fibe is perfect for a weekend of cuddling up by the fire and catching up on your favourite pastimes.
Two large 55 inch TVs in the unit in two dedicated living room spaces, mean you won’t miss a game-a movie-a series... all here in Port Severn, Muskoka.
We have two year round outdoor fireplaces, one wood and one propane with great views and plenty of seating.
We are happy to host this space to your family so long as you are no bigger than 8 (total humans) and you want a space where you can all be together and enjoy what Muskoka, Port Severn and Oak Bay have to offer.
Thinking of bringing your boat - or even coming by boat? No problem. We have limited boat slips for rent outside of the Airbnb Rental (an agreement signed with Oak Bay). Bring your boat up and as soon as your booking is confirmed with Airbnb-we will work to secure your boat slips for $70 a night per boat (max boat size 30 feet) some power slips available.
Need a boat? Boat rentals available for fishing and exploring (extra cost outside operator) on little lake and if you are experienced Georgian Bay. Boaters card required.
All boat slips are along the navigable channels of the Trent Severn waterway, allowing you to access both Georgian Bay and Gloucester Pool... home of Rawley Resort- Lock 45 and Big Chute Marine Railway.
We are happy to host you at our space and encourage you to visit our clubhouse for drinks-lunch-dinner until
from Spring to end of October. We hope you can appreciate the good service and the quality craft of the Chef and his team. You won’t be bored as the menu is always changing.
We are happy to host and encourage you to get to know our golf pro, his staff and the maintenance team for the greens. (golf open until October 22).
Staying with us includes the opportunity for significantly reduced green fees. In 2024 we advanced purchased 50 anytime passes. You pay what we pay and you can have as many passes as you like until they are gone. Each pass is $90 pp, and includes cart.
Did you know? Oak Bay Golf and Marina is the only Bee City Golf course in Canada and they have planted over 6500 pounds of wildflowers in their environmentally protected spaces.
We are happy to host this space if you want a quiet location with incredible amenities and a fully stocked kitchen (including a spice library) to prepare a meal with your guests. Our Vermont Casting BBQ is on the patio off the kitchen year round. We do have some heat trax mats to the BBQ to ensure a clear path to the grill. (Actually same to the hot tub)
Your four bedroom getaway is perfect for any combination of people but it is NOT a destination for parties, buck and does, bachelor and bachelorette parties, loading people into the house, exceeding the guest limit, staying up late and being loud or rude.
This family development is just that.. for families. We respect and care for one another.
We ski, golf, boat, walk dogs, hike, exercise and stay healthy together.

This is a very serious topic for our neighbourhood.

Our four season yard is fully landscaped, fully fenced and there are many amenities outside including two outdoor fireplaces, harvest table, BBQ, gazebos, large lawn, trees, gardens and many flowers. Free parking, EV Charger on site, and fast WiFi
We want you to experience walking on beautiful organic stone made from the Canadian Shield all around the property. Be grounded here.
There is side door off the Primary Bedroom. There are many Muskoka chairs for you to use.
We are dog friendly at this home and you can walk the golf course in the winter only with your pup on a leash. There are many trails on property for you to explore and a great ‘Amazing Place’ known as School House Trail 5 minutes away.
We have an in ground sprinkler system and also a fully fenced yard with a gate. Your pups are as safe as I can make it. My girls love the back yard!
We also have an autonomous lawnmower that is plugged in the back yard. The satellite receptor is located in the garden beyond the cedar tree. There is no recording device or ability to monitor sound or visual anything from
This device.
Please do not touch the lawnmower. It is on a schedule outside of your booking.
The white linens in the house are not for outdoor use. Towels for the hot tub or pool are under the primary sink. They are blue in colour.
