This new twin house is situated in the compound of Villas Roma Del Mar. It is located very close to our main beach (5-8 minutes walking distance - or faster, depending on your speed :)).

The house has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room & kitchen.

Moreover it has a nice patio with its own private pool.

The twin houses are built in a way, which ensures the most privacy.

On site, there is a beautiful beachfront restaurant and a little Mini Supermarket, which is decently stocked.

The space
The house is located very close to our main beach (walking distance 3-5 minutes).

Each one of the 2 bedrooms has a large king size bed and a private bathroom.

Optional accommodation for 2 extra people.

The house includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The duplex is within Villas Roma del Mar, a private guarded residential community with privately owned villas for rent by owner (not all of the properties). The development has currently 26 Villas and 3 duplexes, a beachfront restaurant and a small supermarket. The developers are from Germany and live on site.
