Escape to our converted rustic 100-year-old barn in the Catskill Mountains. Come spend a couple days in our unique space, an artist's dream. Every room has a nook waiting for you whether it be one of our lofts, our vaulted ceiling bedrooms, the "barn room", or cozying up in front of the huge fireplace. Looking for adventure? Take a hike on our 10-acre property, lay under the stars, and experience the Catskills in style.

The space
Downstairs is an open lay out with the kitchen, living, and dining room connected in an open floor plan. The kitchen features a 12 ft island and large sink for those who love to cook and entertain. Glass sliding doors open up to a massive deck with outdoor seating and grill.

Other rooms include a beautiful den with gorgeous mountain views and “the barn room" (a three season room, dimly lit, that can be used to entertain guests for a party). One queen room with half bath on the main floor as well as another full bathroom off of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 huge queen bedrooms including a large master bedroom. A steel spiral staircase leads to a beautiful loft with 3 single beds.

- CLEANUP AFTER YOUR DOG - We allow dogs but if your dog sheds in excess we will add an additional cleaning fee of $100
- DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - The barn is properly laid out for maximum comfort and space. Please do not move any furniture or there will be a fee added.
- NO PARTIES -
- DO NOT STRIP THE BEDS OF LINENS- Leave all sheets on the bed upon leaving, our cleaning staff properly takes care of it all, cleaning, washing and sanitizing.

Other things to note
Custom retreats, camps, workshops, and nearby wedding venue guests are welcome. For retreats a private chef, personal yoga and/or art lessons are available upon request. If you'd like to coordinate van transportation for a large retreat or wedding, we can make it happen. DUE TO COVID we can only supply a private chef until further notice. Inquire when booking about chef. Thanks.

We have some of the best food options around! Mill Pond inn, Bull & Garland is only a couple miles away, Blue Bee Cafe and Brushland Eating are 15 and 25 minutes away. Wayside Cider and Andes Hotel are also just a 25 minute drive.

If you want to cook in, there is a grocery store 5 minutes away in Stamford.

Nearby towns include Hobart, aka, "the book village of the Catskills," Stamford, Bloomville, Bovina, Roxbury, Delhi, Andes, Oneonta, Margaretville, Tannersville and Cooperstown.

Skiing options include Plattekill Mountain and Windham Mountain both 25 min away by car. Hunter Mountain is 30 min away and Belleayre Mountain is 40 min away.
