The Space

Newly built state of the art condo steps from trendy Yorkville with shopping galore, and across from the subway station. Building amenities include fitness studio, theatre room, grand study room, and billiards room.

- Includes free wifi
- use of all amenities
- directly across from a great breakfast spot, or alternatively 2 min walk to a local grocery store if you wish to cook at home.
- there are numerous pubs within walking distance from my condo
- full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast island
- living room couch can also be converted to a bed for additional sleeping space
- if you do smoke you can do so on the balcony

There is also visitor parking available underground on a first come first served basis, and ample street parking during the day.

Our condo is new, and we rarely stay there. Therefore it's not cluttered and very clean.

**NOTE: We supply ALL clean linens including new and fresh towels and ample bedding.

For anyone that needs laundry there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The price you are paying is for the ENTIRE apartment (don't worry, we won't be there!)

Note: we are no longer renting short term (daily) and our minimum stay has been extended as per the condo management requirements.

  • Dan and Jer's apartment is a great oasis from the hustle and bustle of Toronto's Bloor Street. The apartment is in an ideal location, just steps away from Bloor Street (actually two blocks away!). The apartment itself is well appointed and has all that anyone would need for a great stay after a busy day exploring the city of Toronto. The kitchen is fully stocked with the necessary utensils, appliances, etc. (the dishwasher works great and makes for a quick clean-up). The bedroom is very comfortable with a fluffy comforter and pillows. The bathroom is just what any guest would need -- with a washer/dryer in the bathroom closet. Very clean, comfortable, and low maintenance (ideal as a bachelor pad or for a couple) make this a great home away from home! Dan and Jer also provided quick responses to my questions about places to shop for groceries and affordable restaurants within walking distance.

  • We have a very disappointing experience done with this condo!.
A few days before the date we received they asked us by mail what time we thought to come because they wanted to meet us in the lobby to hand us the key and it 's another of us could explain what became known turned out to be because the equipment works differently than in the Netherlands , so we got the necessary air circulation is not good so that ass contestant cold air over our heads what was very unpleasant ..
We wrote that we would be about 2pm in Toronto, where we got an email the morning of arrival that it was not until 3pm ready because they needed the time to make clean because the previous guests would just leave 12pm.
They would not be there at 3pm, and we could pick up the key at the  front desk.
Wen we asked at the desk how we could reach the car park we were told that it was full.

    In their ad was:
"There is usefull visitor parking available underground , and ample street parking for during the day "
When we arrived in the condo we noticed immediately that the bed was undoubtedly slept, everything was very dusty and the fridge was dirty on the inside.
We have of course immediately expressed our displeasure in an email to Dan & Jer and the pictures we had taken of all sent.
They denied that the bed was slept and that the outside of the fridge was cleaned. They also said they did not have enough time to maked cleaned everything because we wanted earlier arrived. Which was not the case because they had let us know that that could only at 3pm .
In a later mail she wrote this:

"We manage numerous properties and its not feasible even when we hire professional cleaning staff".
We believe you rent someone to clean or you rent it one day less,so that you have time to make your next guests satisfied!

At the end of the third day and Jerr Then suddenly wanted to be present for the keys and run through to the condo.
Was it because they had received a reprimand from Airbnb or they were afraid that we would leave the congo dirty.
We did not meet their, (meanwhile Airbnb had our displeasure be taken seriously ) we left a note on the door and have also left the key at the frontdesk.

Dan & Jer find income important and have no interest in their guests .
In short, there are better places in Toronto for that price!

  • We appreciated a very comfortable bed and the fact that we could wash clothes after travelling in Europe for 2 weeks. A iron and ironing board would have helped us. Getting the key at reception went smoothly.

  • Excellent accommodation in a quite building and location. Within walking distance coincidently of most of my business visits. This apartment gets my vote from Scotland.
    Best wishes

  • location of this condo is really very close to the subway, unfortunately closed the grocery store in sherbourne street 1 week before our we had to walk a bit longer for buying some things... also a bit bad luck was that the wifi router was broken before our arrival (but wifi was sth I really would have needed) and there was no coffeeshop nearby which offered free wifi (Tim Horton around the corner didn`t)...but we found some down churchstreet (the croissant tree and second cup)...but for our 1 week stay in Toronto this condo was the perfect solution, interior is nice, bed is very comfortable, and there was everything we needed for our stay!

  • I rented the apartment for a colleague coming from UK. The response was fast and efficient. This is my colleague's feedback: "The apartment was perfectly situated just 5 minutes’ walk from the office and close to all the necessities. The locals and other residents in the building were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and the perfect size for my needs. I would be happy to stay there again."

  • Dan and Jer were gracious enough to let us stay at their place even though we were new to Airbnb. The place had plenty of parking and the condo security staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was close to a metro station so we were able to take public transportation everywhere we went. overall it was a great place to stay while visiting Toronto.

  • Dan and Jer were incredibly responsive to emails, even when I needed to let them know about a slight change in my arrival time. The place was nice with all the amenities as advertised, and it was easy to pick up and drop off keys with the concierge.

  • The location is great! We walked almost everywhere. The apartment was neat and had all of the basics we needed to have a few meals in. Though we never met our hosts, we had no problems along the way.
