The flat-penthouse is ideally situated between Plaka (old town) and Syndagma square, 3 min walk from the Syndagma metro station and a 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis.
This is probably the most privileged spot in Athens. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view to the Acropolis and the Plaka area both during daytime and also at night when the monuments are lit up. There are very few spots in the city with similar views.
Just beware! You might be so excited to be looking at the Acropolis from bed that you'll have a hard time falling asleep!
The apartment is newly renovated, sunny, very quiet, airconditioned and clean. It has a continuous, open space for the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Fully furnished with eclectic furniture and a vintage touch. It is ideal for a couple but could also accommodate a third person. There is access to a privet balcony that overlooks the pedestrian street.

The cradle of democracy, the birth of theater and philosophy, Parthenon, temples and Byzantine churches, Hadrian's Arch, Temple of Olympian Zeus, an Ottoman era mosque, craftsmen shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, monuments, ancient arches are all a few minutes walk from the flat.
History is everywhere and it is tangible!

Plaka is the“neighbourhood of Gods” with Acropolis above. The oldest and most picturesque part of Athens, is the ideal location for any visitor. Plaka gives you a taste of old Athens with traditional architecture and neoclassical houses many belonging to artists, architects and writers. The center of Plaka is Kidathinaion, a pedestrian street, which hosts a big choice of restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, wine bars, the Museum of Folk Art, the Jewish Museum, and Children's Museum.
- Metro to the Syntagma station, or X95 bus to Syntagma sq 3 mins walk to the flat.
From Piraeus Port:
- Train (green line) and metro (red line) to the Syntagma station, 3 mins walk to the flat.
- Taxi (8-10 euros cost).
Athens also offers various beaches accessed by public transport. The nearest one is Kalamaki at 7km.
Other Things to Note
The place is very safe. You can sleep with open windows and you can walk in the neighbourhood anytime of day or night!
You are welcome to our apartment!
We are happy to offer you flexible check in or check out according to your needs. This depends on availability of the flat (if there is a guest before or after you), due to necessary time for cleaning the place.
Please have a copy of your passport ready upon arrival because we need it for security reasons.
Local laws prohibit loud music 15:00 pm till 17:30 pm and 23:00 pm till 07:00.
Don't use several electric appliances at the same time.
Please be responsible with the use of air-conditioning and electricity by turning the A/C units and lights off when they're not needed or when leaving the apartment. Leaving them on it is wasteful and harmful to the environment.
Enjoy the flat respectfully, as you were in your own place and come again.
