The Flute Player cabin is in the heart of Medicine Park! Enjoy a stroll to the shops, galleries, & restaurants, or a short drive to the many activities the area has to offer. Flute Player is perfect for your weekend getaway, romantic retreat, reunions or military graduations. Some of the cottage amenities include: fully equipped kitchen, AC & heat, flat screen TV indoors and on the porch. Complimentary coffee, tea & bottled water. We offer early check ins. We do offer an early check in at 1:00 pm for an additional $25.00. Please let us know if you are wanting the early check in so we can have it ready for you.

We also offer a laundry service. We will pick up your clothes, wash & dry, then return to you the next day. Let us know if you are interested.

Pets are allowed for an additional $20 per pet/per night. There is a 25lb limit for pets that is strictly enforced. If your pet sheds hair, their may be an additional cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome with proof. Be advised that Airbnb does not include pet fees for more than 1 night per booking. If your stay is 2 nights or longer, we will have to send a payment request for the additional nights. Sorry for the inconvenience. It’s just the way Airbnb is set up. Please be respectful of our property & pick up after your pup.

The cabin can sleep a cozy 5-6 guests, but more comfortably 4 guests.

Double occupancy is included in the nightly rate and then $10/night for each additional guest

Please be transparent. A property manager lives in the area to help the hosts & can also assist you with any issue that may arise.

Friday & Saturday nights are a two-night minimum stay.

Other things to note
Direct TV satellite is included. Also make note that the TV wall mount bracket has full range of motion to rotate towards the queen bed for additional comfort.
