Lovely appointed full modern kitchen, w/peninsula counter seating, perfectly adjoins the living and dining areas. Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, blender and Insta-Hot water tap make living easy!

Completing the top floor living area is a private 3/4 bathroom and laundry area w/stacked W/D.

BEDROOMS (2nd FLOOR)

Two bedrooms, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with quality sheets, queen memory mattresses and cozy bedding.
Bali room darkening shades (not black out), 42" TVs, and individual AC/Heat units. The main bathroom w/tub is conveniently situated between the bedrooms .

Please respect these hours in consideration of guests in the lower unit- especially at entry door, stairs and on bedroom level (2nd level of apt).

First Aid Kit, fire extinguishers and emergency escape ladder are stored in the cabinet in upstairs bathroom/laundry.

This view townhome is located in the cute and charming North Beacon Hill neighborhood, which is recognized for its close proximity to downtown, sports and arts venues and cultural attractions, via the Link Lightrail and Metro Bus #36. it is also well regarded for its diversity and inclusivity.
A great walking neighborhhood close to Jefferson Park walking paths, city viewpoints, cafe and dining options and recreation.
The Beacon Hill Light Rail Station is an easy 10-12 minute walk. The Metro Transit bus stop is just a two minute walk (#36 to/from downtown).

Downtown/Pike Place Market/waterfront, Chinatown/Int'l District, Pioneer Square, Lumen/T-Mobile stadiums and the U of W are all directly on the Link light rail and #36 bus lines. Seattle Center/Space Needle/Chihuly Glass Museum/Climate Pledge Arena are also easy access. On/Off-ramps to/from I-5, I-90 and the West Seattle Bridge are all with five minutes drive.

Red Apple Market is conveniently located across the street from the light rail station for easy shopping upon your return. Along that walk are a variety of well reviewed, eclectic and multi ethnic restaurants, eateries, and sidewalk cafes.
