Cozy, typical Sevillian style three-story sunny home with a lovely terrace, air-conditioning, heating & WIFI, the third level overlooking the gardens of a peaceful monastery. Located in the heart of Seville right next to one of the most charming plazas in Sevilla, the Plaza de la Alameda, but quiet for a great night's sleep. The space
This house is very special and perfect for guests who are looking to get deeply immersed in the Spanish culture as, although it is renovated, it is also a very typical Sevillian-style house. Enjoy a nice, peaceful breakfast on the terrace as you get ready for a day of sight-seeing and adventure around the city.

Brand new wood floors and the terrace has an awning to shield from the sun. Although the house is spacious and there is room enough for four people, it is also important to note that there is only one bathroom, and it is accessed on the second floor through the bedroom. But considering how awesome the house is, this shouldn't be a problem : ).

Guests can park car in a designated zone right outside the house to unload luggage, which is a nice extra. There is free parking located along the river on Calle Torneo, very near the apartment.
