The space
We bought this studio flat at the end of 2017 and renovated it with care trying to carefully consider the needs of guests, both business & leisure travellers. It is comfortably furnished with easy seating area, eating/working table, modern kitchen and bathroom. It is in a prime location in the centre of Kelso which allows easy access to the many restaurants and activities but with convenience for business travellers to local & regional towns & businesses. As a self catering stay guests will appreciate the great food suppliers within walking distance, including Coop, (1mins walk), or Sainsburys 5 mins by car. If you want to pop out for breakfast there are several bakers on the square who do delicious take away bacon rolls! Happy to discuss reduction for longer business stays please get in touch. This is a first floor flat.
Lovely river walk very close to flat. Why not wander down there with your fish & chips or picnic & sit on one of the many benches along the bank enjoying the wildlife while you eat!

Hi, My husband and I have lived in the Borders since 2002, moving from north London for a quieter, slower pace of life. We love living here, the changing seasons especially as we live on the farm, seem so much more defined. Our main occupation is running our Militaria shop, in a local town called Coldstream. We hope guests would take a trip down memory lane and visit the shop for an eclectic range of modern and vintage military surplus and a good old fashioned chat about the war! We share our house with a very laid back Milly the Jack Russell and a variety of fowl, chickens, geese, turkeys. I am primarily a mother to our 4 boys, although 2 of our 4 boys have now flown the nest and the other 2 are busy doing their own thing. In our spare time we love to walk the local countryside with Millie and catch up with our boys.
