Battle Mountain Farm is a working farm and event venue owned and operated by Hatcher Family Dairy. Our Guesthouse is a great space to getaway with family and friends and enjoy all Middle Tennessee has to offer!
The space
The Guesthouse at Battle Mountain Farm overlooks the rolling hills of College Grove, Tennessee.
The main floor features a full kitchen, living room, bar, dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath.
A game loft overlooks the main living room with ping pong and foosball.
In the basement you can find more two bedrooms with full beds, a full bath, and a spacious family room with TV. The sectional downstairs pulls out to a full bed for additional sleeping.
Fiber internet is offered through the home.
*please note there are stairs leading up to porch to access home (see photos) and two bedrooms are located down a flight of stairs to basement.
Make sure to visit Hatcher Family Dairy Store located just 4 miles down the road! We sell milk, meat, ice cream, coffee, local goods and merch. We offer tours on most Friday mornings- check our website for latest tour info.

Guests can park in the driveway of home. There is a set of stairs to access the home.
Other things to note
We expect everyone to respect our property as though it were your own. Roaming the farm not permitted. Do not climb fences. Be respectful of the animals and the land around you. No parties or loud music permitted. We do not allow smoking inside. No pets of Guests allowed. No firearms, weapons, fireworks, ATV's, hunting, fishing, party's, campfires, bonfires or firepits allowed. No RV’s, campers or trailers.
