Boasting unbelievable views, this large house allows for peace and quiet not only inside but also on its wooded grounds. Located in the great area of Jonathan Creek(one of the more popular fishing/boating areas on Kentucky Lake), the house comes with a single slip covered dock with an attached sun deck, which can be accessed from the rear of the home down a newly groomed gravel path. House is less than 2 blocks away from a public boat launch with places to rent boats/jet skis nearby if needed.

The space
The house includes two living areas on separate levels with a walkout to a concrete patio and an outdoor fire pit on the lower level. A recreation room can also be found in the lower level of the home. In addition, there is a two car attached garage as well as ample parking on a large U-shaped driveway for all guests.

Guest access
NO INDOOR FIRES ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. To ensure this requirement, the flues to both fireplaces are to remain closed and sealed.

Other things to note
There is no local garbage pick up service for the area. All guests are required to remove and dispose of their own trash during their stay. The local refuse transfer (garbage disposal) stations' locations and hours of operations will be provided. Any garbage left behind will incur a $50 fee.
There is a $500 security/damage deposit up front that will be returned after the stay is completed and the house is checked.

Neighborhood highlights

Plenty of local eateries and attractions as well as being only a 30 min. drive to either Murray or Paducah. The Dinner Bell is a local favorite dinner spot with many nights having a waiting line outside the door. Fast Eddie's is a local bait & tackle shop with a restaurant/bar attached if a quick bite is needed. The Hitching Post is a quaint trinket store where you can purchase homemade fudge, bottled soda, and decor, and then there is also Patti's 1880's Settlement which is a recreated historical log cabin village with unique shops and an award winning restaurant known for their 2" thick pork chops, mile-high meringue pies, and flower pot bread (try it with the strawberry butter).
