The farmhouse of the late 1800s was renovated in 2015 . It is strategically located because it is very close to the historic center, but surrounded by greenery. Surrounded by a beautiful view, it enjoys spacious outdoor spaces, with a private playground and olive grove, has a large panoramic terrace and a large portico equipped to play with pool and ping pong.
Inside the ground floor there is the living area, while on the upper floor there are three large bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The space
Very close to the city OF ORVIETO, rich in history ! The Cathedral, the Well of St. Patrick, the Etruscan tombs, are just some of the beauties that this city hosts. With 20 minutes you can also reach Lake Bolsena or the beautiful Todi, in 45 minutes you are in Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto !!

The farmhouse is located close to the historic centre, which dates back mainly to the Middle Ages, but houses a church whose construction was completed in 1600. A village perched on a hill, quiet and characteristic.. a painting..
