The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The furnishings are comfortable, with thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed staying here. Angela met us to walk through the house and provided helpful instructions. She thoughtfully provided a few "bits" so we'd have food for breakfast - that was much appreciated! This house is a great location for day trips - we stayed for four nights and went to Cliffs of Moher, Rock of Cashel, and Bunratty castle.

This property definitely has the Wow factor. Between the double gate, the atrium entrance and the well decorated bedrooms, we immediately fell in love with the house. The large kitchen is fun to cook in. My son enjoyed his book in the solarium and I loved sitting in front of the fireplace. This house is self-service which means you may need to buy some things once you arrive. During our 4-night stay, the house ran out of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry softener and firewood. It was also running low on paper towels and laundry detergent. When we informed our host, she explained the rental is self-serve so we should go ahead and stock those things ourselves. The host, nevertheless, did stock the fridge with milk, eggs, bacon, sausage, butter and Irish beer to start our stay. She also left us one token for the dryer which amounts to 2 hours of drying time. Not enough for 4 people's laundry. Last but not least, as mentioned by previous renters, you are billed separately for heating oil here. It is important that you remember to turn off the heat before you leave the house to explore for the day. Otherwise, the oil charge could add up quickly. Ours was only $20 for 4-nights since it wasn't very cold during our stay.

Angela is a very gracious host and our family was happy with the accommodations. The house is lovely, comfortable, and situated in a friendly community. Adare is suited for tourists with nice street shops, great Irish pubs, and restaurants nearby. We planned both short and long day trips to castles, the Cliffs of Moher, and the Dingle Peninsula. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a great meal and the fireplace is warm and inviting. If you are diligent with turning off the furnace when you don't need it, you can really minimize your heating costs. The house warms up quick and becomes cozy. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

This is our 4th or 5th property rented via Airbnb and I can say it was outstanding. Upon arrival there were fresh flowers, and some basic food to get us started so we did not have to rush out to a store for supplies. The house is beautiful and spotless. The pictures show it exactly as it is. We had six in our group with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was great, with room for 8 or more to eat in. We never used the dining room. The location was excellent a mile or two from Adare, Ir. and what a great little town that was. Angela and her husband John were outstanding hosts. We could have not asked for anything better to finish our Ireland stay. 5 stars.

The house was beautiful and in a great location (easy to the village of Adare and a quick drive to LImerick). The house boasts 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs two of which are ensuite and one on the ground floor). The living room is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need and a large dining area as well. The conservatory is a lovely place to slowly get started in the morning. The owners were kind and helpful. Only two issues arose with the house. Although wifi technically does exist, it is only produced by a little hotspot generator. If you are planning to get a lot of work done that requires the web or plan to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or some other program to communicate with your loved ones elsewhere that requires bandwidth, it is a challenge. Also, be aware that the cost of oil is quite high. Even though we turned the oil off each day while we were gone, we ended up with an extra 90 Euro charge after 4 days. Those two hiccups aside, the house is truly remarkable and I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
