Our picturesque waterfront setting boasts 330 feet of shoreline. Tucked into the shade amid gentle birch and age old pine, Bears Landing boasts a spacious deck overlooking the shoreline. Enjoy the comfortable patio furniture and BBQ for your convenience.
Guest will have access to the cottage, Dock, Shoreline, acreage and the Lake for Swimming, boating, Fishing etc.
Interaction with Guests
We want you to enjoy your Family vacation. Unless there is a maintenance need, you will be left to enjoy the cottage on your own.
Kahshe Lake is the 4th Largest lake in Muskoka.

There are two marinas on the lake.
There are about 600 cottages.
There are no camp grounds on the lake.
The beach on North Kahshe Road is maintained by the community association for residents and guests of the area.
This is a water access property. A Water Taxi is available and we supply a 14 foot Aluminum Boat and 15hp Motor for your use once you have arrived at the Cottage.
You can access the Trans Canada Trail by land from the cottage. GPS Tracks will be supplied on request for your convenience. It is about a 2km hike from the cottage to the TC Trail.
Other Things to Note
This is a water access property. A Water Taxi is available from the Marina. We supply a 14 foot Aluminum Boat with a 15hp Motor for your use once you have arrived at the Cottage.
There is no smoking in the cottage. Caution must be used for any smoking outside the cottage as dry leaves and natural debris are a fire hazard. Please respect the Property and the Lake for all to continue to enjoy for years to come.
