Oh my goodness, how to describe our amazing stay in words? We absolutely loved our [too short] time at the Glasshouse. From the beautiful view, to the garden-fresh tea with cookies on arrival and the German-style breakfast the next morning, everything was just spot-on. Christine and her husband were kind and welcoming, and gave us a great recommendation for a detour on our way to Dingle to see a tower by the sea. I wish we could have stayed longer!
What an awesome experience! Christine and Peter were fantastic hosts - very friendly, interesting and funny, with excellent recommendations for our stay in the Dingle area. Their home is truly a work of art, designed, built and decorated by them. The view is equally spectacular! Breakfasts were delicious with great variety. We would highly recommend staying here, and hope to return someday soon!
Christine und Peter sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Das Haus und die Lage sind traumhaft schön, der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen und hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage.
We had a lovely stay with Christine and Peter in their very unique glass house. The location and views of Dingle Bay are gorgeous. Christine served a wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed engaging conversations with Christine and Peter. In addition to a drive out to Slea Head, we enjoyed a walk on the nearby Inch Strand and also a walk they recommended to Anascaul Lake. We highly recommend a stay at the glass house. Christine and Peter are terrific hosts. We enjoyed their company and felt we had made friends after only a few days with them. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view spectacular. Each morning we were served a breakfast that was both delicious and well presented. Their unique home overlooking Dingle Bay will certainly be one of the highlights of our summer holiday.
Christine & Peter are supreme hosts; providing a warm welcome despite our late arrival, a lovely room and beautiful home. They are most gracious with their time and information on touring the Dingle peninsula. Christine's full German breakfasts are fantastic. Our stay with them was a highlight of our tour of this wonderful country.
About the Host, Christine
This year my husband Peter and I made the decision to start a B & B business in our family home THE GLASSHOUSE.
We have been visiting the Dingle peninsula on holiday for more than 30 years and our love for this beautiful part of the country has led us to now make it our home full time.
Our unique home was built 20 years ago and was designed by myself to accomodate family and friends who shared our love for the house and the area. We hope you will come as a stranger and leave as a friend.
