  • Jon is very helpful and reliable host. My family and I enjoyed our time in Brooklyn.

  • Jon was great. He was incredibly responsive before and during the trip. The place is in a GREAT location -- right across the street from Prospect Park and just blocks from a ton of wonderful restaurants.

The apartment was clean, good sized, and comfortable. I'm not sure this is the ideal space if traveling with children during the winter -- the radiators don't have covers and, when on, were super hot. It was challenging to keep my toddler away from them! The stairs also open directly into the living room -- we created a barricade with the suitcases to keep my little guy from falling down the stairs.

  • We had an excellent stay on Prospect Pk SW. We were there for 3 nights. From the first contact communication with Jon was excellent. He got back to us straight away with the few queries we had. He was attentive during our stay. We were very happy with his service.

The apartment is very cosy and very well equipped with everything we needed for eating and cooking.

One point to note - if there is more than a couple staying there, your privacy is limited as there is a glass door between the bedroom and the lounge where the sofa bed is.

    Great stay. Thank you.

  • My husband's folks came in for the week of our wedding and stayed at Jon's Prospect Park West apartment. They loved it! The space was clean, well organized with everything they'd need (utensil/dish-wise) in the kitchen, and they felt very safe there. They particularly liked being so close to Prospect Park, the shops of 7th Ave. in Park Slope, and the 15th St F stop, which let them get into the city pretty quickly. We'll recommend this apartment for any family or friends that come for a visit.

  • My husband and I spent 5 days in Jon's Park Slope rental. We loved it. His instructions about access to the apartment were easy to follow, there were amenities in the apartment readily available (which included a binder with suggestions and contact info). The apartment itself was quiet, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and very convenient. There were 4 of us, which meant using the sofa bed as well, and it was actually quite comfortable. We used to live in the same neighborhood as the rental so we already loved the area. It's safe and quiet and you can find parking fairly easily if you're using a rental car. It's a short 2 block walk to the F train which can quickly take you into the beautiful Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, the trendy Dumbo Brooklyn neighborhood, and of course Manhattan. We are looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit New York. Jon was a great host with a great spot to rent....thanks Jon!

  • We spent two relaxing weeks at Jon's place and had a wonderful time. Clean, orderly and functional apartment. 2 A/C units on opposite sides kept us cool and confortable when it was 90 degrees and humid outside. We were in four, and the sleeper sofa was very comfy! The neighborhood is amazing. Jon is a great host: answering all of our pre-arrival and check-out questions promptly. I would recommand him!
