The guest apartment has it's own private entrance, and has a beautiful mountain view from a shared patio and backyard space. The apartment shares one wall with our main house, but is completely separate with its own bathroom. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and just outside of town at the base of the Hualapai Mountains.

The space
The studio space will fit two adults comfortably. It has a queen bed, and one pack and play for an infant.

Parking is IN the rocky area on the RIGHT hand side of the driveway. Guests have a private entrance through our side gate to the backyard and will receive your specific self-entry instructions upon booking. Late arrivals are no problem at all.

There is a chiweenie on the property who might briefly bark when you arrive, or whenever she first notices you are there. Please be careful she doesn't escape out the gate when you enter. We also have chickens that can be “chatty” mid-morning when they are laying (no crowing rooster), and they are contained and do not roam the yard freely.

The guest apartment has a fridge, microwave, tea, coffee maker with coffee, oatmeal, applesauce, and cereal bars. There is also a handful of games, books, and the t.v. has a digital antenna with limited channels, Netflix you can sign into if you have an account, and there is wi-fi with instructions in the room.

You have use of the shared backyard patio, and 1/2 acre backyard. We ask that you keep outside backyard noise to a minimum after 9 p.m. so as not to disturb our neighbors. However, please feel free to make as much noise as you like inside the apartment. Noise in the apartment does not bother us in the home at all.

As stated earlier, the space shares one wall with our home. Because of this you may hear very muffled kitchen noises and muffled voices around meal times. Other than that, we tend to be very quiet and you should not hear any house noise at all from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Guest access
You have your own off-street parking and access to the shared patio and backyard space. You will park ON the rocks to the RIGHT of our driveway. You will enter your space through a side gate on the left side of our front yard, and then enter the space through our backyard patio. The space will already be unlocked for you when you arrive, and the key will be in the space.

Other things to note
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the space or on the property.
