Interaction with Guests
I enjoy getting to know guests when they first arrive, to answer questions and show you around but then I'm on my way to another home I am living just four blocks away. I am always available to offer recommendations on where to eat out, what is fun to see or how to get somewhere you want to get to.
It is a quiet, tree lined neighborhood, perfect for walks. The architecture is an interest mix of styles and people are friendly. Two universities are less than half mile away and the downtown Medical center and IUPUI is 10-15 minutes away.
Unfortunately public transportation is not great. Indianapolis is way behind other cities. Without a car it is hard to get around.

In town for a wedding, we had a lovely stay at Sue's wonderful house! Sue was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, accommodating -- and made communication very easy! The home is very comfortable, as advertised and in a really nice, safe neighborhood -- perfectly located for pretty much anything! Would not hesitate to stay there again!!
My wife and I loved our stay at Sue's home. The neighborhood was wooded and peaceful and a quick drive to downtown and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Sue welcomed us and ensured we had a pleasant stay. She even brought us the morning newspaper! A great place to stay, near all that Indianapolis has to offer.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Sue was a wonderful host. We were in Indianapolis for GenCon and couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind after a crazy day at the convention. The listing was accurate, the house comfortable, the host friendly and welcoming. Loved the pets too!
We had a very enjoyable time at Sue's. She was flexible and accommodating to our needs. We would stay there in again.
I had a nice, comfortable stay at Sue's house. I enjoyed spending time with Sue's pets, especially her very friendly cat, Henry. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe.
We had a wonderful stay with Sue. The house is gorgeous, and the beds were really comfy. In addition, the homemade breakfast was delicious, and exactly the kind that I needed to power my day in the city. Sue herself was friendly and accommodating, and she had a lot of interesting stories to share with us.
I would definitely recommend this as an option to anyone who wants to visit or stay in the city. It's a lovely home in a lovely area, and has a lovely host to take care of you!
(Also, there's a terrific brisket place nearby, if you like that!)
