Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is perched on a hillside in a sunny clearing with treetop views. Ospreys, hummingbirds, and blue jays are constantly gliding through the clearing, giving the feeling that you are high up in a tree house.
It is a really special space with 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodates 4 couples or 2-3 families with kids. We are a short 5 minute drive to the cute town of Guerneville and nearby river beaches. We are 20 minutes from amazing Sonoma Coast beaches, and 20-30 minutes from great wine roads.

No big parties please. House rules require forfeiture of deposit if more than 10 adults on the property. Grown-up dinner parties and low-key special occasion festivities are very much encouraged.
Rachel was a fantastic host! She provided clear and detailed instructions on how to get to the house, and she was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was accurately depicted in the pictures: it had a wonderful deck, large bedrooms, and was surrounded by redwoods. It was the perfect getaway for my friend's bachelorette party. Our favorite aspects were the large, well-stocked kitchen and the great hot tub. Thank you Rachel for sharing your cabin with us!
Very eclectic house! The main house is great and super comfortable. We took advantage of the outdoor dining area for multiple meals and the hot tub was awesome and ready to go as soon as we got there.
We were a group of 8 adults and were fairly comfortable in the space. Agree with another review - the upstairs rooms and bathroom in the main house are the nicest. The downstairs is pretty dark with a low ceiling, so it's good for those guests who like a little more privacy. The separate shack with the half bathroom is best for kids, but it's a little rustic for most adults. Beds were very comfortable though!
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and various spices and is large enough for multiple people to prepare food. The indoor table is great for gathering around on the the colder, late nights. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and the like.
The drive up to the house is probably intimidating at night, but it's not too bad once you get used to it.
Rachel was very informative. Very easy to work with. The house was amazing. I highly recommend it. The cabin was the perfect place for my group of friends.
The house was beautiful. It looked exactly as the advertising on airbnb. The host let us use the house at our convenience. The host left us a book with rules and things to do. It had many things to do such as watching tv, hot tub, grill, board games, and an indoor chimney just to relax.
The cabin was awesome! We had 9 people and there was ample space for all of us to hang out. We were a last minute booking and Rachel was very accommodating. There was a book with all the information we needed to know and she gave detailed instructions on how to get to the place. The neighborhood was charming, we mostly stayed at the house though.
Amazing little gem! Surrounded by redwoods, very private and secluded. Getting to the house is also not as bad as i thought it would be. Comfortable bedrooms and living room was great for sharing with our group and playing board games while enjoying the gas fireplace/heater. Great grill for cooking up a feast and kitchen with all the essentials you need.
Keep in mind that the layout of the place really works for no more than 4 couples. One of the cabins has 2 beds, so can fit a family of 3 or 4, but otherwise this house is best for 8 people.
Loved our stay here and would love to come back some day!
We had an amazing time, it was a perfect cabin/house to host a large group of friends. 4 couples fit perfectly in the Blue Skies Cabin and we had plenty of room to comfortably congregate and enjoy the weekend. The kitchen is huge which made communal cooking really easy and fun. It also has a ton of cooking equipment if you need it. Safeway is super close as well, so grocery shopping is a snap. There are four very private bedrooms all with their own pros/cons. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom, but are probably the nicest rooms. The downstairs room has its own bathroom and shower, but low ceilings. The cottage across the deck is extremely private but only has 1/2 a bathroom. So all of them have pros and cons, but overall completely reasonable.
