Roberta offered the best accommodation experience in Rome during my Europe trip, she was so nice and always willing to offer her help. She introduced different places and restaurants to us which are all good. The room was clean and cozy, however the neighbourhood is quite noisy at midnight. I will surely visit again if I ever return to Rome!
The room is as per the description and the pictures (or maybe even better). Roberta is warm, welcoming, and is extremely helpful in pointing out the attractions in Rome. She provides you with a map and gives detailed information on how to reach various tourist attractions. She responds quickly to queries/phone calls, and you can never be lost in Rome with her help! Breakfast (tea, coffee, cereal, toast, etc) is provided daily and Roberta is in the flat 90% of the time.
The place is clean, and the location is very good and generally quiet. It's a 2 minute walk to the Metro (which stops at major tourist attractions), or you can easily walk the whole of Rome from her place. In short, Roberta is very friendly, well-travelled, and she is an amazing host. I would highly recommend her flat to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.
Gracias Roberta!!
Roberta was absolutely wonderful!!! She was extremely helpful and was very quick to respond all the way up to the trip and even afterwards. I was with my family of 6 and Roberta helped to make the trip incredibly easy. She arranged a shuttle driver for us who showed up right on time and when we arrived to the apartment Roberta was there waiting for us at the door. She showed us the apartment and right away took out a map and gave us awesome advice and tips on where to go, what to see, and what places to eat at.
As far as the apartment itself, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is fabulous, only 50 yards away from a metro stop. And there are great restaurants in the area. Directly next to the apartment is a little convenience store which was fabulous for when we wanted to pick up some wine or other drinks.
The apartment was perfect for my family of 6. It was extremely hot when we visited but there were fans in every single room which made sleeping so much more comfortable. Each day when we arrived back to our room the table was set and food items were left out for breakfast which was absolutely fantastic.
If you are staying in Rome and will be traveling with a large group I highly recommend this apartment and Roberta. 5 Star Service!
We had a wonderful time staying at Roberta's BnB!
Even though Roberta had some necessary renovations going on, she went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and not inconvenienced. The room matched the listing description completely, and the location was very accessible, with the Metro right outside the door. Roberta is a warm and welcoming presence, and would love to come back and stay here again!
The house is very clean and lovely and in a very convenient spot in Rome. I didn't met Roberta but her friend Irina helped me so much. I lost my wallet before I arrived and Irina came to the station to picked me up, stayed with me to help me get money transaction from my friend and drove me around with her boyfriend to find a bank. My journey in Italy was not very lucky but I am so glad that I met Irina and stayed in Roberta's house. Thank you guys soooo much.
