The tiny home is located in the scenic neighborhood of Haw Creek, tucked away in nature but only a 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is walking distance to Penny Cup Coffee and Creekside Taphouse, two local favorites. Large trees and wildlife abound in the backyard and can be viewed through the bedroom windows or from the brand new back porch. Inside, the tiny home has a modern yet rustic feel. You will find everything you need, and your host lives on the property and is just a text away.

The space
The tiny home has a platform bed that gives the feeling of sleeping in a nest. There is a full bathroom with all the basic amenities. The kitchenette offers a toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and all the basic kitchen items needed to prepare a full meal. There is a TV that can be angled to the bed or to the living area. The living area has 2 comfortable lounge chairs. The backporch offers a nice place to sit and enjoy the bountiful nature and wildlife. There is also a brand new hot tub on the back porch to enjoy!

Guest access
Off street parking that requires a short walk down a relatively steep driveway. Guests can always pull down to the bottom of the driveway to unload and load their belongings.

Other things to note
Washer and dryer available upon request. Simple and healthy breakfast options will be available along with a variety of teas and coffee.
