Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in the desirable Civano Neighborhood in SE Tucson. The home is situated on a half-acre lot overlooking the Rincon Mountains and the Patano Wash and a short 10 minute drive to the Saguaro National Park.
It's truly a quiet and private retreat. The Interior has decorator touches throughout and each room is decorated with the our Southwest artwork and collectibles.

You will have Access to the Home and Property. The Home is Set up as a Vacation Rental. There is a small Casita attached to the garage. The Casita is a separate guest house and can be rented by other guests.

Other things to note
Civano is a special area developed originally by the Arizona Solar Village Corporation to counter urban sprawl and provide a cohesive community that considers the environment, preserves the Sonoran Desert plants in it development, and encourages a healthy lifestyle. The home is on the outer edge of the community on about a third of an acre, so you can enjoy the quiet beauty of the desert and the mountains, as well as the fabulous night sky.
