We LOVE stay in Maggie and Marty's house! They has a great house with very cozy and nice room, and a pond! The view is so amazing from the porch. Maggie gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and tried to make us feel as warm as home. The room is clean and neatly. It is really a great experience. We will definitely come back again .
Maggie is a wonderful host: thoughtful, hard-working yet fun-loving,and flexible. She clearly enjoys sharing her home with her guests, quite a few of whom are regulars. I arrived for 18 nights at the end of an 18 day journey across the States and was in great need of a place to just relax - with my two Cavalier spaniels. We stayed in the Large Room, and even with all of the other rooms rented, I found the peace I needed as well as company when wanted. Loved the view and walking around the pond (not warm enough yet for swimming), and one night we joined Maggie for a bonfire. Thanks for everything, Maggie!
Maggie and Marty's home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to go if you're looking for somewhere cozy, quiet, and scenic. Maggie was a great host from the moment we got there and made us feel welcome. Be sure to kick back with a glass of wine on front of the fire place and you'll never want to leave! We'll definitely be coming back.
Maggie and Marty's house is wonderful! They allowed us to cook in their kitchen and relax in the living area. The room we stayed in is spacious, comfortable and with a great view. We only got to meet Maggie but she was extremely helpful and friendly!
Maggie and Marty's place in Hudson Valley was a perfect spot to rest for the night. My girlfriend and I came up to see DIA Beacon and needed just one night. Maggie and Marty were welcoming, nice and accommodating. I would definitely return again!
We stayed in the large room overlooking the lake. The room was very comfy and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The whole family was very kind and accommodating while respecting our privacy. Overall, a great space that we'd highly recommend! Thanks again!
We had a great time at Maggie and Marty's place. We didn't get to meet them as they were out of town, but they were accessible on instant messaging and everything was fine. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The view of the pond was excellent. The only small issue was that the internet would go in and out sometimes, but that really wasn't a big deal. Really nice place!
