We so enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in the Shenandoah area. Brad was a great host who took good care of us. He met us upon arrival, showed us around his beautiful home and made us feel welcomed and at home. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home and the surroundings. We were surrounded by mountains. We enjoyed cooking dinner and making breakfasts, took short walks, enjoyed the hot tub and mostly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and the deck. We did go into Luray to see the Caverns which was really amazing, and had dinner out as well. The guys did golf one morning as well. The house is well equipped and very clean. This house is the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the mountains and peace and quiet and is equipped with everything you would need to do that.

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend at Brad's bucolic home. It was a short drive from DC but felt like we were worlds away. It has all of the modern conveniences but is a lovely retreat settled in the verdant Shenandoah mountains. Brad was the perfect host and made us feel like we were welcomed friends. The nearby town of Luray is nice for a dinner or drink. We stopped by the Hawksbill Brewery which was busy and fun. We look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brad's home. It is beautifully nestled in the mountains, very comfortable, and well apportioned. We cooked, used the hot tub, and lounged at each outdoor spot on the premises. Brad is very attentive to his guests needs and we felt well taken care of. It was a wonderful spot to kick back and relax in the outdoors. Great stay and we'll be back again!

Brad's cottage is *the* perfect getaway for families, couples and friends alike! The property is gorgeous - very secluded off the road on a beautiful hill surrounded by mountains. He has a large front yard that our dog liked to run in, and a massive trail behind his house that was fun to explore. The house itself is spectacular - a gorgeous open kitchen and plenty of tools & kitchen supplies to help make dinner and breakfast. Two beautiful bedrooms have comfortable beds and two full baths make this place perfect for two couples or a family. We really enjoyed the back patio with the fire pit for s'mores each night - something Brad provided plenty of supplies for! Brad was truly the most accommodating host, bringing over extra wine and chocolates for s'mores. We especially loved meeting his adorable three pups, one of which my dog fell in love with and played with for a few hours one afternoon in the backyard. A sleepy dog is a good dog, as they say! We cannot thank Brad enough for his hospitality and can't wait for our next trip back. I highly recommend you check out this hidden treasure!

Brad's home was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend escape from D.C. The home was perfect and the views were amazing. I especially loved sitting in the hot tub at night looking up at the stars. I also appreciated how quiet and secluded the property is. Overall it was an excellent stay for my friends and I. I highly recommend Brad's home anytime you want to visit Shenandoah.

Brad was a fantastic host....very attentive to our needs. His place is lovely and relaxing....just what we were looking for. The secluded mountain setting is very peaceful, yet the proximity to Stanley and Luray provided access to stores and entertainment when needed. Delightful.

This was the first time I used airbnb , and what an experience the it was. Brad is an exceptional host, he made sure that he was there by the time we arrived , welcomed us, gave us some wine , some apple pie ( really delicious). The house is secluded, it's very calm, and it's a perfect gateway from the city. I will definitely go back.
