About this listing
Kapuna Hale sits at the top of a valley of agricultural lands between Kilauea and Moloa'a on the North-East corner of the island. The 6 acres include lush gardens, open grass fields, a mahogany forest, and all the love we put into this land, our home
To the east, you can feel the trade winds blow across 700 acres of rolling pastures, while birds dance in it's breezes and owls glide in pursuit. Occasionally, the cattle and horses grazing that ranch visit our fenceline adding even more life and tranquility of the landscape.
To the south, the Anahola Mountain range offers a sense of protection even at it's great distance.
To the west, you can stroll the grounds several hundred yards as well. Eventually It's a steep road down then through our mahogany forest before you'll find our nearest neighbor and the highway on the other side. That lands us beyond ongoing earshot of the highway, but conveniently close.
To the the north, you can see the ocean's horizon and our lawn which slopes into like a natural grass ampitheater where banana, guave, and jamacian lilicoi grow grow seasonally.
Your bedroom only shares the bathroom and kitchenette with one other bedroom in this suite. The rooms are separated by the full bath, but both only have shutter louvered doors which are not sound proof at all.
