Beautiful duplex apartment in front of the sea with amazing views. The condo is inside of a private residencial with gardens, play area for kids, garage, gym and a big swimming pool for adults and another for kids. Perfect place for families, very quiet and safe. There is one small beach just downstairs so you can go by walk and also is only at 4kms from downtown. The apartment is full equipped with everything you could need: kitchen, laundry room, living room, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a big room with solarium and bathroom upstairs!
