We are not far from UNPAD, ITB, IPDN and IKOPIN. Only:
- 2,1 km to UNPAD (Universitas Padjadjaran)
- 2,7 km to IPDN (Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri)
- 3,2 km to ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung)
- 3,6 km to IKOPIN (Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia)

The space
The weather is cool, sometimes you don't even need to turn on the Air Conditioning.

Parking lot is available but not free. You can pay in hourly rate, or buy nightly voucher in Building Management at LG floor for IDR25,000 per night.

If you stay with babies/kids:
- Please bring your own waterproof baby mat to avoid stains.
- Do NOT bring any stationary that can cause damage for the property such as graffiti, stains, etc.
- Make sure you watch them because as apartment in general we are located in high floor, and we have balcony access directly in front for fresh open air.

Neighborhood highlights

A serene greenery with lots of free air and mildew in the morning. You don't even need air conditioning on, because it's quite cold and windy in the noon.

The surrounding is very quiet, so you will have a really great sleep.
