LIVE LIKE A SAN FRANCISCAN! in this amazing apartment! It accommodates 2 comfortably (3 if 1 is a child) with a King size bed, cute kitchen and a tv room. There is also high speed wireless internet access; not that you will be spending much time in the apartment. THIS IS SAN FRANCISCO!!!
This apartment is in the perfect location. It's only 7 blocks away from Union Square; some of the worlds best shopping. Also within walking distance is Hayes Valley, Polk street bars and restaurants, 24hr fitness, City Hall, and the San Francisco Opera House, San Francisco Symphony, and San Francisco Ballet. And that's just what you can easily walk to. My apartment is about a $7 cab ride from most of the major sites in the city and is easily accessible to muni lines 38, 47, an 49 and BART (which runs to both Oakland and San Francisco Airports); all of which are 1 block away.
This is also the perfect apartment for business travel. It's pretty much a straight shot to the Moscone Center and most other convention sites.
Whether you want to enjoy a nice evening sipping on a glass of wine at the Pour House, discover a new band at The American Music Hall, or catch a production at The Orpheum Theatre, this is definitely the place you want to stay.

Evan was a great host.
The appartment was good. Except the bathroom's door doesn't close.
This appartment is close to many nice area. The problem is you have around 4 streets I will not recommend to you to walk the night. It is full of homeless. Perhaps We never got any problems.
Also, The internet was fast!
Convenient location and nice space. The building is definitely older but Evan's place was clean and cozy. He and his business partner were super flexible and helpful getting checked in.
The location was walking distance to everything we needed during our trip. Evan was flexible with timing of arrival and the place met all expectations. I would stay in Evan's apartment again!
Nice place! We spent 3 nights in this fashion and cozy apt that has a very good location in SFO central. Although Evan was not there, his Friend is also very friendly and helpful to us. Nice to meet you guys!
Evan was awesome to deal with. The property was not clean as I would have hoped, the kitchen smelled, there was not a bar of soap for taking a shower. The place does not have a tv with a cable or antenna connection and this was not disclosed.
I think the price for the quality was out of spec and not a good value. The place had an unusual amount of street noise and it was very bright. no ac or heat could be found!
Had a great time. Great location. Evan was a great host. He responded immediately whenever I contacted him.
Nice place. The bed is fantastic:)!... Also a warm welcome with wine... The bathroom is a bit old and broken.
We spent three nights in Evan's central SF apartment and although we didn't meet him, we were met by his friend who welcomed us to his apartment. Clean and bright, though perhaps a bit noisy from the early morning traffic. There is a small convenience store directly below and a deli a block away. Evan was great at communicating with us, and although we didn't need any help, I'm sure he would have been very helpful had we needed it.
Evan's place is exactly as I imagined it would be. The apartment is very confortable, the bed is huge. The kitchen was really useful, the bathroom was clean. And we really enjoyed the TV room.
Having said that, it really is noisy and light gets in really early.
The apartment is located on the border or Tenderloin, which means it is both next to all kinds of transportation and next to a not-too-chic district. There were often people smoking p*t on the doorway.
Evan answered quick our messages, though we had a little problem with the check-in.
We really enjoyed our stay in SF but would recommend being careful while hanging around at night.
Evan was a FANTASTIC host. His apartment was exactly what we were looking for and we were greeted with a bottle of wine an a hand written note. He was incredibly polite and friendly, and welcomed texts asking what to do around the area. That apartment was great, really in the heart of San Francisco and close to many lines of public transportation. And the bed is HUGE and incredibly comfortable. I would love to stay there again.
