About this listing
Beautiful 1st floor spacious and furnished two bedroom apartment in the heart of Boerum Hill. Only 2 blocks away from the famous Smith Street for the best dining and bar experiences in Brooklyn, if not New York City. The property is located on a beautiful tree-lined street in a prime Brooklyn location on Dean and Bond, with plenty of cafés and great spots to dine and drink at any time.
The apartment is furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the side bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked and the bathroom has a full bathtub and shower.
In addition, the apartment has cable TV and internet connection. Boerum Hill and neighboring Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens are well known for fabulous restaurants on Smith Street (restaurant row), great shopping, cafes and antique stores. Well known artists and actors live in the area as well. It is a few blocks to the F/2/3/4/5/B/D/Q trains which take 10 - 15 minutes to get into the city. Also a 15 minute bike ride to to Prospect Park and Brooklyn museum area. Will also be three blocks away from the new Nets stadium as of 2012.
Great location with lots to do. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have!
The apartment and neighborhood were lovely, and we had a great stay. Stefania was also very accessible and accommodating.
Stefania was a great host who neared with us through some logistic challenges. Fantastic apartment in great area of Brooklyn with good connections to Manhattan. Highly recommended
Stefania was an excellent host and the flat was just as described. Perfect location with easy access to any part of Brooklyn or Manhattan on multiple subway lines.
A great base for exploring Brooklyn and NYC. Only about 5 minutes walk to Smith Street restaurants (and F line subway to Manhattan if needed) but quite quiet. Very pleasant 2 bedroom apartment (not huge, but this is NYC) and even had a real Christmas tree. We would definitely stay there again if available.
We greatly enjoyed staying in Stefania's lovely appt in Brooklyn. We stayed for a week and it felt like home. The appt looks just like the pics with clean sheets, warm radiators and ample space. She left a great list of local things to do in the area and the appt is located in the perfect spot near the lovely shops on Court and Smith. Easy subway only minutes away direct to Manhattan. Quiet villagey feel and felt totally safe with lots of people walking their dogs.
We stayed at Stefania's place at the end of August. We found her apartment to be very cozy and ideal for 4 people to stay. She has prepared the house for us with clean towels and bed sheets.
The house looked exactly as seen in the pictures and she suggested us some of the shops around the neighbourhood, which were great. There is also a very nice and hip breakfast/brunch place right outside the house. The metro is just a few minutes away so we had no problem commuting to downtown and back to the house.
It was great living for a week in Brooklyn and the house was a better choice for us than a hotel since it was like having to stay at one of our houses. I recommend staying at this place since it's a very honest post and we had a very friendly and also prefessional host.
We had a wonderful stay at Stefania's Apartment.
Stefania and I coordinated all the details via email and she kindly mailed us the keys so they would arrive on time for our stay.
The apartment was clean and very pleasant and nicely appointed. It is a perfect home away from home :).
The beds were super comfortable too.
The apartment is on a beautiful tree lined street in Brooklyn with an abundance of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
I hope to stay here again when I need a place in brooklyn, and I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place in a wonderful part of brooklyn.
thank you Stefania for your hospitality- gold star to you!

About the Host, Stefania
I am Stefania! I have recently moved to NYC and now live in an adorable flat in the heart of Boerum Hill- which we rent out every time we travel somewhere- which is quite often.
I grew up in Northern Tuscany, which is where my family's house currently is and is where the other holiday flat we have and rent out is! So we have two flats for rent- I personally handle the flat here in NYC and my parents are in charge of the Italian one!
Please let me know if you have any questions about anything!
