A contempory and light filled 3 bedroom spacious home, outside terrace with lovely exposed stone walls and views of the church, situated on the prettiest tree lined promenade of Azille and set over 2 levels, renovated to a high standard, with outside sunny south facing terrace of 15 m2 for exterior dining.

The space
You enter the property via the stairs to a newly renovated contempory design living space which is very light, open and spacious with a large bar area for the evening aperatifs. Fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces, induction stove and self cleaning oven. Out from the kitchen is a good sized stone walled terrace with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the 14th century church. Laundry room WC and wash basin on this level. The 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and WC are on the next floor.

Beautiful stone property in a medieval village which has several restaurants and bars, medical centre, pharmacy, supermarket open 7 days a week and a weekly market. Perfect location for holidays exploring the area. Swimming lake and Canal du Midi minutes away. A very popular area for cyclists.
