Amazing stone house in Cerbaia Southern Italy. It is your own home in a large building shared with others. Lovely views, couldn't ask for better. Some great walks. We really enjoyed a day trip to Sienna, walking to the local village shop and finding a man who sold his own olive oil and wine from home !
Pia is a lovely women and we enjoyed her photography.. The bed was really hard and did have sore back..but luckily the other room was available too.
Also please get better instructions to her house because with no wifi it is a huge problem, and expensive trying to sort it out when driving.
Also parking in the places where she said got us into trouble with the local Italians..especially on Sunday, family visiting day.. But again this could be sorted easily.
Thanks Pia, we truly enjoyed your place.

The apartment is great and spacious and it was just what we were looking for: quiet and peaceful, with great views of the surrounding area. It is not very far from Siena, and Petriolo hotsprings are a 10 min drive away. Marvelous!
Pia is a great host: very friendly, helpful and accommodating to a traveler's needs, she regularly checked in with us to see if we needed any help. We didn't have any problem, and our stay was wonderful. We would certainly come back for another holiday.
I had a very pleasant stay at Pia's lovely home in Tuscany. The house is situated in a small village near Siena which offers a perfect escape to the peaceful and picturesque Tuscan countryside. The view from the house is gorgeous as it's situated on a hill overlooking the fields. Pia herself is a kind and hospitable host. She made sure we had everything we needed - even lent us maps and guides and recommended sites to visit around Tuscany (outside of the touristy destinations).

About the Host, Pia Ranzato
