Unique, like new home on beautiful Douglas Island where fishing, hiking, kayaking and biking are plentiful. There is so much to do just out the door. The sunniest spot in Juneau.

Clean, tastefully decorated duplex with a cat in nearby Douglas. Owners were wonderful about letting us stay when another Airbnb fell through after a friends illness caused our other Airbnb to cancel our reservation due to lack of rental history. The six of us had a lovely time.

Great house. We felt like home away from home. Excellent PreCheckin instructions which helped us CheckIn like a breeze and explore the places around. Thank you Bernie ! We would love to visit anytime again !

My family and I loved this home. The location was convenient and quiet. The house was cozy, clean and organized. We also loved that Bernie allowed us to use some of the spices/kitchen equipment during out stay.

We felt comfortable and at ease at Bernie's home. Her letter of introduction was warm her directions about the house were complete and easy to follow. Everything was where she said it would be we had no problems. The house was clean and well stock with her invitation to use what we found in her pantry and she left us treats in the refridgerator including some bottles of good Alaskan Beer. Kitty Kitty was a special treat and left us a few critter gifts in the garage. I would recommend her home anyone heading to Juneau. I am allergic to cats and had absolutely no problems with the cat he does"t come in and is well mannered. Thank you

Our hosts made us feel welcome by leaving some breakfast goods fresh in the refrigerator for us. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Their guest book suggested some nice local hikes which turned out to be some of our favorite hikes in Juneau. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There was no ocean view from the house, but right around the corner were lovely ocean views.

What a great place to stay. Loved the decor. Very homey and comfy! The only criticism I have is there were no blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The summer nights in alaska were a bit tough to get use to without em!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, would not have explored the wetlands and coastal trails on Douglas island had we not stayed here. Easy access to downtown Juneau but yet away from the cruise crowds. As for the house itself, clean, bright, airy home with all the conveniences of staying in a home vs a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen, TV with hulu/netflix, clean bathrooms, laundry in the garage. Loved the Bike themed decor too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Bernie and Joe!
