This apartment was exactly as described...in excellent, top-notch condition with all the amenities and located in a fabulous, convenient neighborhood perfect for celebrating Mardi Gras. Our host was impeccable, checking in with us regularly to ensure our comfort and convenience.
This was a great Airbnb experience! Charles' home is in a central location just walking distance from the streetcar, and great shops and restaurants. We were able to take the streetcar into the French Quarter one night, and able to see the great architecture of New Orleans just walking down the street. The apartment itself was very accommodating, and Charles made great suggestions for our stay. We would gladly stay here again!
This place is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We usually like to stay in a different airbnb place each time we visit New Orleans. However, this was our second time to stay at this location because we love the location. It is SO convenient and amazingly quiet at night. Shower is clean and hot! Bed is king size and comfortable. Charles is a great guy and very responsive to anything you need! HIGHLY recommend staying here! We don't say that about every place we stay.
We had the upstairs room for six nights. We talked with Charles twice and the remainder of the time he answered our questions immediately by text. He was very helpful answering questions about NOLA before and after we arrived. The room was clean and the kitchen was very convenient since we ate breakfast in and also cooked a few dinners. It was quiet at night and not too far to walk to the streetcar stop. The grocery store was about a four block walk through the lovely historic district. The shower was hot with plenty of water. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, oatmeal, and condiments were very nice. We would definitely like to stay here again when we return to NOLA.
Excellent place, exactly as advertised. Great welcome pack notes on arrival and lovely little touches for the stay. Had a great time... comfy bed, lovely bathroom, everything we needed & more.
This studio apartment was immaculately well maintained and down right beautiful inside. I appreciated all the nice extras like tips on what to do and how to get there, but I most enjoyed the high tech climate control and front entry. The neighborhood itself was nice to walk around, and I felt very safe at night. The streetcar is just a few blocks away and goes right down to the Quarter.
Charles was extremely helpful and the best Airbnb host I've encountered. He was more than accommodating, including nice extra such as things for breakfast, toiletries, etc. that made the apartment feel like visiting a friend. Everything was very clean and in a great, walk able neighborhood. The apartment had a cool feel, having the character of an older home, but the updates of a new residence.

New Orleanian! Uptowner who is lucky to live in a great home. I am a frequent traveler so I know how important a safe, comfortable, and great place to stay is and we try to make our home just that. Although we won't have much contact with our guests while they're here, we're always available for questions or suggestions!
