Swimming:
Breeze features two Long Swimming Pools. The fee to use the pools is 150 PHP or $3 USD on weekdays and 300 PHP or $6 USD on weekends and holidays.
Breeze Mall:
The Mall is located on the first floor and features a Laundromat, Minimart, restaurants, massage, and more!
Breeze Residences feature three units: Studio; 1 bedroom and Deluxe one bedroom. The deluxe units have superior views and are the largest size at 40 square meters. The regular 1 bedroom units are very small at 25-27 sq mt. Ours is the DELUX and faces the bay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of one cabinet which is reserved for the owner.

We require a government ID for every guest that stays in the unit. Some of the background checks we use include criminal, eviction, sex offender, and employment. List the full name and ages of all guests in your booking request.
This is an upgraded, unique dwelling that requires greater care than standard homes. We are very strict on our rules:
•No-Smoking
•No Parties
•Be Quiet after 9:00 PM
•No Eating in the Bedroom
Guest Policy:
No Guests Without Prior Approval: Security will not allow guests into the unit that have not been approved beforehand.
We must approve of any overnight guests that are not listed on the initial booking request. If approved, the guest will need to provide ID.
Security Camera: We have a security camera installed above the front door. It only provides a view of how many people enter the house. It will not intrude on your privacy as it only covers the doorway.
The host comes to visit occasionally and is available almost any time if needed. We require that you allow access to these individuals on their regular visits.
We ask that you treat our home gently, the same way you would treat your own. Please keep it clean as much as possible. Thank you!

Take Trash to the Bin Daily
It is a good idea to clean the grease trap daily. We will clean it weekly but cleaning it everyday is easy and will lessen odors and insects.

CHECK-IN: There is no WiFi in the lobby so please message before you enter. Breeze requires a photocopy of your valid ID's prior to the arrival day. Please email a clean scan of your passport to us in advance so we can arrange an easy check-in. Upon check-in, a valid ID is required to be left at reception.
PARKING: While there is no free parking on the property, there is limited paid covered parking available on the second level. The rates are: For Car: Php 30.00 rate for first 2 hours and Php 20.00 per succeeding hours.
For Motorcycle: Php 40.00 rate for first 12 hours and Php 40.00 per succeeding hours.
Monthly Rate: For Car – Php 5,000.00, For Motorcycle – Php 1,500.00.
