  • The first thing that I will say, is that we were here on New Years Eve, and I doubt that there was a better place to be in the whole of Munich. The view from the 20th floor was sensational, and even a little scary. The apartment is in a quieter part of the city, but the fact that you were in a building used for the '72 Olympics was interesting in itself. It is very close to the Olympic Stadium and BMW World. Because we arrived late on the Saturday , we were very thankful that Nic had bought some food supplies for our breakfast, as all shops are closed on Sunday. The apartment is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but is nicely furnished. It is right next door to the OEZ shopping centre, and is only a short walk to 2 subway lines. The laundry facilities are shared with the whole building and need to be booked. We really enjoyed our stay here, and if it is available New Year's Eve, grab it now.

  • Six of us stayed at Wanda and Nic's and from the moment we arrived we knew we would enjoy it. The apartment was large, clean, comfortable and close to the U-Bahn making the trip into town very easy. They were very accommodating with beer on arrival, coffee machine and wi-fi. Directions from the airport were clear as were directions to Oktoberfest. They even provided information on where to get some lederhosen! Definitely recommend it for small or large groups.

  • We stayed for the Oktoberfest weekend and the apartment was located relatively close to the grounds.. about 15 euros in a taxi. The apartment was light and spacious and perfect for a group. We were free to use the coffee machine and other kitchen basics which was a nice touch. It's located 1 minute from a shopping centre which was very handy. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to the train station. I would recommend for anyone!

  • We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location for attending the conference that we going to at Olympic Park, and beautiful to be able to walk through the park every day, although very easy to get lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 individuals and close to shopping, supermarkets, and the train station as well so really well located.

  • We are a goup of business man. For the first time we didn't stay at a Hotel, and chose to rent an apartment. The apartment of Wanda and Nic Schenk was perfect. The location, the view and themselves. Next time, we wouldn't be looking for an Hotel for sure.

  • We have experienced a very plesent stay at Wanda's apartment. Very convenient for our needs as we were there for an international trade show as exhibitors, with people from our company that were coming and going, we were able to use the apartment as a base.
The apartment is conveniently located near public transport and shopping mall. View from the 20th floor weather permitting is stunning. Warmly reccomended apertment and host.

  • Wanda is a wonderful hostess - she was very welcoming and helpful, with lot's of useful knowledge about the surrounding area. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay in her apartment.

The apartment itself had incredible views over Munich, and was convenientally located close to the underground. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, especially for people wanting to explore the city or visit the Oktoberfest festival.

    Thanks Wanda!
