Great central location! Close to downtown, major freeways, the Biltmore, hiking, and lots of great restaurants. Make yourself at home in this part shipping container. Run around in the yard, warm up by the fire pit, take a swim in the pool, and enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer!
This is a detached guest house and the backyard is a shared space.

The space
Half shipping container, clean & bright guest house located in our spacious backyard.

Large yard, pool access, gym equipment, gas fire pit, bbq.
The guest house is detached from the main house but the back yard is shared with us, or once in a while if we're traveling another airbnb guest.

Other things to note
There is a small gym area next to the guest house where we occasionally work out. You are welcome to use it as well (or join us!). There is not a full stove in the kitchen, but we do provide a burner, a griddle, toaster oven, coffee grinder, tea kettle and crock pot.

We have lived in the neighborhood since January 2017 and love it! There is a great Thai food restaurant walking distance and other restaurants/bars about a mile away.
