Very highly recommended. We needed a place in wine country for a small, informal company offsite. The home is nested near the top of Moon Mountain, right in the middle of the vineyards. It has gorgeous views of the entire valley. The property and house is immaculate, and the appliances, and all were great.
The reservations and property contacts were fast, professional, and easy to deal with.
We had SUCH a wonderful long weekend here. The property is charming and well cared for, and even more picturesque than the photos suggest.
We also rented the sunset suite which was a lovely & slightly more private accommodation for a few members of the group.
Rebecca was very helpful in making the reservation and providing details as necessary in advance of our stay.
I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a wonderful & peaceful weekend!
Excellent home in great condition with astonishing views.
The host was extremely responsive and always trying to accommodate our demands.
We did a private catering dinner and the house is just perfect for that. Highly recommended.
This house was beautiful and serene. Our group had a lovely time enjoying the sun on the patio overlooking the vineyards. We also loved the hammock and the bocce ball set. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal for a large group and the house was a great starting off point for dinner in Sonoma or wine tours through the valley. I would 100% recommend this home.
Rebecca was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Check in and check out was very smooth and it was easy to find the house.
Great home and space. Loved the double dishwashers and coffee machines for our group of 8. Plenty of clean towels and dish towels which was appreciated versus other rentals I've had in the past. Loved the large dining table. Only feedback was the TV was in a den which was used as a bedroom by one our parties, better if it was in the main space. The wifi was also pretty slow, but given how high up the property is I imagine it's the best available via satellite. Overall solid A property and worth the value. Also appreciated they donate leftover food to the local food pantry and provided a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. On site property manager kindly warned us of the super storm arriving and made sure everything was to satisfaction which was great.
We loved our stay at moon mountain resort. Rebecca was easy to work with and prompt with responses to emails. The location is perfect in many ways, gorgeous views, peace and quiet, and very few neighbors nearby. However because it's off the beaten path it takes time to get there and popping into town or heading off for wine tasting will take a little travel time. They were 13 of us in the house, we also rented the apartment below, and we found we had plenty of space to spread out.
We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and it is very well-equipped even for a big group like ours.
All said, we really enjoyed our experience and hope to return next year!
