Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Upscale apartment downstairs from the main house with a separate entrance and a small patio area. There is a living area; kitchen with an electric stovetop, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and sink; a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with cable TV and Netflix. There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. Coffee and tea are provided.

Great space for a business traveler or for any one wishing to explore the East Bay area of San Francisco. Convenient to Silicon Valley, mass transit, and many businesses. Located near major freeways, as well. Easy access - No stairs. Quiet, safe, and private.

Neighborhood highlights

Very quiet, upscale neighborhood with lots of hiking/jogging nearby. A nature reserve abuts the property and you can often see turkeys or deer. Easy access from street or driveway. Plenty of parking. Only 1.5-2 miles to Tesla, Lam Research, Delta and other are companies. Also less than a mile to 680 or 880 freeways. Lots of shopping and Chinese, Western and Indian food available nearby.
