Close to everything in Tulsa: 2 miles from downtown, 1 mile from Brookside, 1.5 miles to Cherry Street, or drive about anywhere else in the metro in less than 15 minutes!

The space
No expense has been spared to make the space quiet, private, and comfortable. The Urbanstead is a 2017 reconstruction of the original detached garage in a neighborhood where carriage houses are still a common sight at many homes.

Through the door and up the stairs you'll be greeted by an open and airy space lit by large skylights.

Want to crash right away? The private bedroom is perfect - just shut the doors, kick on the fan, and sink into the Tuft and Needle mattress in the custom-built queen bed.

Need a quick shower (or a long one)? Enjoy the gorgeous all subway tile shower and endless hot water thanks to a tankless hot water heater!

Need to whip up some food? The kitchen is perfectly equipped with an induction cooktop, toaster oven, fridge, and dishwasher.

We are officially licensed by the City of Tulsa to operate the UrbanStead as a short-term rental under permit STR20-00008.

Guest access
Keypad lock on your private entrance door. You have full access to the space for the duration of the stay. We do use the garage underneath the apartment but have done everything possible to minimize any noise (10 inches of spray foam and the quietest garage doors we could find).
Parking is on the street - less than 100 ft from your door.

Maple Ridge is an amazing historic neighborhood in the heart of Tulsa. It's location is ideal in the heart of midtown and inside the inner dispersal loop (IDL). The variety of home styles and meandering streets with beautiful mature trees make our neighborhood a favorite for cyclists, runners, walkers, pet owners, and anyone else who likes to be outdoors!
Jump on the Midland Valley trail for a quick 5-minute bike ride (or 20-minute walk) up to Double Shot coffee and other great local restaurants in the SoBo area (South Boston). Catch an Uber to Cherry Street and enjoy some of the best variety of restaurants anywhere in Tulsa. Or walk down to Brookside for sushi, tacos, drinks, or even groceries at Trader Joes!
