This beautiful, newly constructed house is located in the countryside near Venice, just about 30 minutes away by car or train (it is fairly close to the train station, too). You’ll be surrounded by a quite and green environment, thanks to your very large and neat private yard and the green area around you, that is the largest in the city of Treviso. Speaking of Treviso, it is a beautiful city, it is called the “Garden of Venice”, and if you’re into italian haute-couture shopping or want to enjoy a nice dinner or take a walk through its history, the city center is perfect and it’s only 20 minutes away by foot.
In Italy we have some good things: fashion, food, history and wine. I’ve been told you about the first three things. Only one thing is missing: wine. Well, Treviso happens to be one of the most-known area where Prosecco is produced. You can visit one of the many wineries and enjoy the unique taste of the celebrated wine that has recently become the best-sold in the world. Or you can stay home and ask me for a bottle of Prosecco. I will be glad to let you have one, or two, or more.
And now let’s speak about the house. As I said it is a recently-built modern cottage. Fully furnished in a fancy country style. It has a open-plan kitchen (huge fridge, oven, burners and dishwasher) with a dining table that can easily fit eight people. In the mansard/mezzanine there is the beautiful living-room with two sofas (so large and comfortable that can be used as two additional beds), a 40” LCD TV and a Blu-ray player. On the ground floor, near to the kitchen, there is the bedroom with the queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and closet, and a cd player. Next to the bedroom there’s the spacious bathroom with a shower-bath. On the basement you will find a secondary dining room along with a laundry, another bathroom with a shower and a cellar.
In your private garden there’s a fireplace, excellent to cook a BBQ, and your private parking zone, where you have room for two/three cars.
You’ll find my recommendations about the places I think you should visit or the restaurants you should go to, and any useful information to make your stay perfect.
HERE’S A RECAP:
-1 Queen-size bedroom for 2 people.
-2 Comfortable Sofas for 1 person.
The house can sleeps 4 PEOPLE (if you are 5, we can find a solution, but you have to make me aware of the fact some time before)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
-PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO ENJOY THE WIDE PRIVATE GARDEN. (If you bring your pet, please let me know)
-YOU WILL HAVE NEIGHBORS. I’M NOT ASKING YOU TO HUSH, JUST NOT TO THROW A RAVE-PARTY.

Hi there! My name is Riccardo and I'm 25. I live in Italy, I was born in Treviso, near Venice, and I studied and lived for 3 years in Milan, where I graduated as communication designer/art director. I also lived in New York for 3 months, I go back there whenever I can, and I hope I'll be able to move to the big apple for a longer period of time, and to find a job there. Needless to say I love to travel. Right now (travel wise) I'm eager to go east and explore Asian and oriental culture, which I haven't had the chance to do so far. I also love to know new people, and people from different cultures. I speak Italian, English, Spanish and French and I hope we'll have the chance to meet!
