This lodging is in the heart of Zion National Park, restaurants and shopping. It is 1 mile from the Park entrance with a free shuttle stop directly across the street. Your host is Native American, from the Kiowa tribe. The decor is Western with some of his visionary Indian pieces included. Your immediate views are The Watchman across the street and The West Temple directly behind the building. Eagle's Crags is to the West and visible. The apartment is ground level with no steps and easy access.

Driveway Access

PARKING: Coming from the South, parking is the 2nd driveway on the property just north of store building, next to Gifford Park Dr. We are the gravel driveway. Follow the drive loop around to the left. Continue past the hitching post, following the blue string-light that will be on if it is dark. There is also a Kiowa Spirit Lodge sign that points arrows towards the unit attached to the building just beyond the hitching post on the right side. The apartment is to the left at the end of the blue string-light.

Where you’ll be

Springdale, Utah, United States

The town of Springdale offers a village atmosphere with great restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a local grocery store call Sol Foods just a short walk away where you can purchase needed items. Right next door is our favorite restaurant, The Bit and Spur Saloon, where they serve a delicious southwest grill style cuisine with a great bar to get a nice cocktail or two.

I have been a trader of Indian fine art for 40 years, crisscrossing the reservations in search of fine pieces. Through my love of Indian art, I have been adopted into both Crow and Navajo Native families. I have very close ties to our Native Paiutes on whose traditional home land we will be hosting you.
