Perfect for friends and family. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 .5 baths. The outdoor patio area is great for barbecues and outdoor dining. Not only are you in downtown Carmel by the Sea, but you're also just a few short blocks from the beach!

Upstairs, the master suite and two guest rooms await. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, while the two guest rooms share a common bathroom adjacent to the sunroom. One guest room offers a queen-size bed, while the other presents a versatile trundle bed, accommodating two twins . The sunroom provides a tranquil space for relaxation, reading, or family entertainment, equipped with a game system and TV. Whether bonding over a movie in the sunroom or socializing downstairs in the living room, this home is designed for joyful, relaxing gatherings. Downtown living at it's best. Located near fine dining, art galleries, shopping and in walking distance to the beach. Charming and enchanting are both the home and the neighborhood. Please be mindful that you are downtown and noise is to be expected from neighboring businesses . Take heart that Carmel does get very quiet around 10:00 pm
