After arriving at the Sundance you will immediately unwind as you take in the expansive mountain views and quiet solitude this property offers.

Guest access
At Sundance you will can roam the 54 acres and take the short walk through the field to the Shenandoah River. There you can unwind in the shade of the sycamore trees and the sounds of the Shenandoah River.

*LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE* Linens (Sheets and Towels) are only provided upon request for a fee of $50. We do provide blankets and pillows at no additional charge. If you wish for us to provide linens please let us know and we will send you a payment request for this fee. We welcome you to bring your own linens if you so choose. Discounts for linens apply for one night rentals.

Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit.

Sundance is located on 54 acres. The river access is only for out guests and is shared only with the guests in our other property called Walden. The two properties are not within sight of each other and the river access is the only part of the property that is shared.

My name is Derek and my wife, Olga and I are the owners of Woodside Cabins in Rileyville, Va. We have been in the vacation rental business for 25 years. I am also a carpenter and I designed and built our 4 properties. We enjoy our time here in the Shenandoah Valley and love to get out to explore all the area has to offer. We are avid hikers and will be happy to point you to some of our favorite trails.
