This is a 5 room apartment of 2 x large family suites comprising the entire UPSTAIRS AREA of the property in the main picture. The suites can sleep up to 12 guests. There are 4 queen and 4 single beds along with 2 kitchenettes and 2 bathrooms (one being an en-suite off one of the queen rooms).
As the owners, we are resident in the entire downstairs area. Your access to the upstairs is by way of the main front door and is separate to our residence and very private.

Our property is unique in it's spaciousness, number of sleeping areas, proximity to the main city centre including Restaurants, Pubs, Cafes, the Library, the Museum, the Botanic Gardens, Clubs and the Entertainment Centre. There are many local attractions amid a streetscape of beautiful historic architecture. The nearby Horseshoe Lagoon provides a photographers and birders paradise with its abundance of birdlife. The Albury-Wodonga area has many walking and cycling tracks.

We are avid birders (twitchers) and love nothing more than riding our bikes to the beautiful Horseshoe Lagoon where we can take photos of the amazing bird-life there. We also love a game of lawn bowls when we can get back to our club in Wunghnu, Victoria. We love gardening too and have spent many a long day transforming the gardens around this gorgeous property.
