This apartment is situated on a quiet and perfectly accessible street, just between the two metro stations of line U9 (Birkenstraße and Turmstraße).
It consists of one large and well lit bedroom with living space, cozy kitchen with sit-in area, bathroom with bath and great balcony. First floor with elevator (unfortunately not suitable for handicapped).
This clean and non-smoking apartment offers its guests plenty of free parking down the street. It's surrounded by grocery shops of every kind, supermarkets, galleries, cozy cafes, some great restaurants (some of them serve amazing Sunday brunches), bakeries, banks, post office, library, park for jogging, even beautiful lake with sandy beach if you come in Summer.
Our apartment is perfect for anyone who appreciates clean and comfortable environment and looks for a quiet, yet central residence in Berlin Mitte.
Maximum occupancy 3/4 people. There's one double bed (1.40x2.00) and one double sofa bed (1.20x2.00), as seen in pictures. The two beds are within the same living space.

-Arminius Halle (great tiny restaurants, seasonal market from local farmers). Check some quality wine and beer assortment in this hidden pearl of Moabit.
-Taverna Amphipolis - family-run, very nice greek restaurant. Great atmosphere, great prices.
-Arema Café - free WiFi, nice breakfasts served until 4:00 pm!
-Dicker Angel restaurant - german cuisine (mostly famous because of its schnitzel)
-Marjan Grill - very nice Croatian restaurant
-Within 15 walking minutes to Spree river and beautiful Tiergarten Park
-15 walking minutes to Embassy quarter (Diplomatenviertel) and Bellevue palace
-15 walking minutes to river cruise with "La Belle"
-15 walking minutes to Café Buchwald - one of the top 10 Berlin Cafés (famous for its Baumkuchen dating back to the 1852)

-Ku´damm boulevard (KaDeWe)
-Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church (the symbol of Berlin)

-TXL shuttle to Brandenburger Gate and Unter den Linden - 15 minutes
-TXL shuttle to Alexander Platz, Television tower, Shopping centers: Alexa, Galeria Kaufhof, Primarkt - 20 minutes
-From S-Bahn Belleveu it's only two metro stations to Friedrichstrasse!
Other Things to Note
Please note, 5% city tax is not included in the price and should be paid in cash upon your arrival. The tax is calculated from the total price, for the whole apartment and all visitors. Business travelers don't have to pay the tax, if they can provide appropriate proof for the time of their visit.
1. Please don't smoke in the apartment.
2. Please turn off the lights and heating when you leave the apartment.
3. This apartment is not suitable for social events and parties.
4. Please notify us asap of any damage caused to the apartment or anything inside the apartment.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Check-out time until 10:00 AM, late check-out possible upon availability, no additional charge.
7. P2P, torrents and other copyright protected downloading is strictly prohibited. We take no responsibility for any illegal use of the internet.
8. Please dispose your waste, there are trash cans of every kind in yard downstairs. Black trash can is for mixed waste.
