Russafa is today the most popular district of Valencia. The neighborhood has many places where lunch and dinner quality and good price. Bars, supermarkets and shops populate Russafa.
The house is very well connected by bus with the rest of the city and is close to three stations Valenbisi to use the bike for the city. It is less than 20 minutes from the center, located at the southern exit towards Alicante and El Saler beach. The arrival from the airport is simple, less than 30 minutes by Metro.

Paula and Paco were extremely kind and helpful.
The old-fashioned house is clean, located not far from the center and is a nice home away from home.
Paula & Paco, thanks again for the nice welcome dinner in the garden.
See you next time in Valencia!
In regards to money and time, we were coming up the end of our travels. Using EasyJet to find the cheapest way back to London, UK, we settled on visiting Valencia, Spain. We had used AirBnb throughout our holiday, but we had never stayed with the host. My wife and I are so thankful the way the cards played out for us, because we found an awesome city in Valencia, and amazing hosts in Paula and Paco.
We were provided with excellent email communications, and directions to the house. When we arrived, we sat together in the inclosed garden underneath the palm. For the next twenty minutes, we sat there circling a map they provided for us and built an itinerary for our stay. Over the next few days, they continued to answer questions we had about the city, and other excursions that we may want to take in.
The house is located in a great neighbourhood, 40 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the city of arts and sciences, and 15 minute walk to the Old City. The Old City, with its amazing architecture, empty streets during siesta, inexpensive terraces and incredible thrift shopping (what? what?... Macklemore) is the highlight and must do in the city. Walking the beach at night, and eating paella in garden terraces near the beach is a very close second.
So if you only have 20 dollars in your pocket, your are hunting for a come up, or at least a wonderful city with great hosts, this house is F**King awesome!
Thank you Paco and Paula for a wonderful stay at your place. Some day, we hope to be back for Las Fallas/Fire Festival in March.
We had a great time staying with Paula and Paco. They were very helpful as soon as we arrived and equipped us with suggestions and directions of things to do and see. We felt very welcome in their home, and had a nice big space to stay.
We had a wonderful time here on the start of our Spanish adventure. Due to our extreme flight delays, we only spent less than 24 hours in Valencia before we had to move on. I wish we would have come in on time, because we loved it! The room is laid out just as pictured and the hosts were incredibly friendly! They are about a 15 minute walk from the City of the Arts and Sciences, which was very convenient.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, when most of Valencia was quiet and shuttered, and Paula and Paco welcomed us with delicious homemade paella and sangria. They were accommodating and kind, and their bohemian apartment is a relaxing, airy place on a quiet street. If you are planning to stay in Valencia, you should plan to stay here.
We had the best time with Paula and Paco in Valencia:) We loved the room and the whole house is modest but has the best wibe and the best location. We were here with our 4 years old boy and he loved it because we were in a house and we had a lot of space.
A towels were waiting for us when we arrived, we could easily wash our clothes which was important, and prepare a milk or anything for our boy.
The room was upstairs and the bathroom down floor but we did not mind this since we had our own bathroom which was great:)
Thank you Paula
We will visit you again, hopefully soon:)
