About this listing
A unique and cozy 2nd story apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen (with breakfast nook), and bathroom (bath and shower). Walking distance to Nob Hill, university area, downtown. The converted victorian house is funky and fun. Lots of windows!
This apartment is filled with charm and unique features. Wood floors in living room and middle room. Saltillo tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful light fills the rooms during the day from all the windows and there is plenty of cozy lighting from lamps at night. One small couch in the middle room and another longer couch in the front living room next to a queen sized bed. Ikea and tempur-pedic pillows. If needed there is a Tempur-Pedic mattress pad that can be made into an additional bed. There is a television with dvd. No tv channels though. Only for movies. Most importantly there is a french press, a small keurig machine and a tea kettle. The bathroom is kept very clean but just a fair warning the tub and toilet are old and have rust stains and places where paint and enamel has worn off from age. A few guests have complained about the appearance of the toilet and tub but it is perfectly clean just old appliances. Think of it as old world charm. There have also been questions about an occasional gas smell coming from the oven. It is perfectly safe and the rooms have recently been tested by the local gas company and they have assured me it is safe.
Entire apartment open for guests. To access the loft park in the apartment building parking lot accessed from central avenue just east of high street. If lot is full street parking is fine or parking in the holy cow burgers restaurant lot is okay. The loft is in the back of the building on 708 central ave sent 87102. SE corner on the 2nd story.
