The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee.

Neuwerk is a rather quiet suburb in Mönchengladbach.Nevertheless, there are several supermarkets(Aldi, Lidl,Netto,Real,Edeka) within 2-6 minutes' drive. Within walking distance is a very good ice cream cafe and a Mediterranean restaurant.
Shortly behind the house begins the nature reserve "Donk", which invites you to cycle and walk.
Last but not least, Neuwerk is very well connected to the motorway network.The 52 and 44 are reached in max. 4 minutes and connect the town with Düsseldorf( airport and city centre 20 minutes each.), Krefeld(15-20 min.) and the Netherlands(Venlo 25 min.)
The Nordpark with its Borussian stadium and concert grounds can also be reached in 15 minutes.
