Excellent location, amazing parking spot off-street. Nice size kitchen. Adequate linens and supplies. Despite busy roads, not overly loud. Attentive host supplied items quickly. Enjoyed our time here. Spent wonderful day at Kew Gardens just a short walk away.
The area was very safe and clean, and great location to access to the station, restaurants, and shops.
The rooms as described, very clean, and bright.
The front of the cottage is a mews, so we could have more privacy.
All basic kitchen tools are there.
Friendly and helpful host.
Trotzdem 100% Weiterempfehlung.
The cottage couldn't have been more convenient for me; it's the perfect jump-off point for both Surrey and London. I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler, the room configuration was perfect for us, and I was able to invite friends round for dinner after the kids went to bed. It was clean and comfortable, and we quickly felt very at home here. It was easy to pick up and drop off the keys, and the parking space was both very unusual for the location and very convenient for travelling with kids. It's a little on the noisy side, but that comes with the location, and you quickly stop hearing the planes and traffic. I put black bin bags over the windows with masking tape to make it dark enough for the kids to sleep.
Just a few minor niggles: no tea towel, no bottle opener (but we found an obliging neighbour!) and there was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen - I had to keep it very clean with all empties outside to keep the ants to a minimum - but overall it was a great place to stay I'd recommend it to friends, and would happily stay there again.
The flat is a great size and in a brilliant location for getting into London, plus you're literally 2 minutes for the centre of Richmond.
The furnishings are simple but there is everything you need. We stayed with a baby and it was easy to bring a cot and move in.
The off street parking is a massive bonus in this area. And finally, Natalia was really helpful and always on the end of the phone - the perfect host.
The house is very conveniently located for amenities and access to Central London. The parking spaces provided were invaluable in an area notable for being impossible to park on the street and with traffic wardens patrolling regularly. Natalia was very helpful in assisting us with additional guests and promptly returning messages left for her.
